Valley Chevy - Reliable Chevy SUVs Highlighted by 2018 Vehicle Dependability Study

J.D. Power and Associates has recognized Chevrolet’s superior level of dependability once again. The renowned auto reviewer recently analyzed three years of data to see which 2015 SUVs are the most dependable. This Vehicle Dependability Study provides more insight into the classic Ford vs. Chevy reliability battle, and not surprisingly, Chevrolet is the only brand with two models awarded.

What this Study Means to Car Buyers

J.D. Power provides the following explanation of their study:

J.D. Power surveys thousands of original vehicle owners after they’ve had their cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans for three years, asking them what has gone wrong and what has gone right during this period of ownership. This data is collected and analyzed, and J.D. Power publishes its findings in the annual Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS).

...Consumers can use these ratings when they’re shopping for pre-owned vehicles, helping them to make an informed decision about the make and model that will best serve their needs.
