2023 Chevy Blazer: A Fresh New Look and Even More Technology

2023 Chevrolet Blazer RS

At first, the differences in the newest Chevy Blazer feel subtle. Then you might begin to wonder how you ever lived without them. When you’re in the vehicle, for example, it’s the color touch screen that grew by two inches and the wireless charging pad that’s available at every trim level.

The longer you look at the outside, the more you’ll start to see little stylistic upgrades all over the vehicle. Here’s what’s new with the 2023 Chevy Blazer.

Updated Inside and Out

The big changes for this model year include the following:

  • Updated front fascia and grille
  • Redesigned infotainment screen
  • Refreshed wheel choices and color palette
  • Improved LED headlights and daytime running

The designers at Chevrolet also did a great job focusing on all of the little detail that makes each trim level different. The different trims and options packages make it possible to personalize this vehicle with exactly the features you need.

The Blazer RS interior will be especially nice this year, thanks in part to the availability of the Nightshift Blue interior color. If you’re most concerned with soft touches on the inside, it will likely be worth looking into either the RS or the Premier. Both of the top two trim levels are built for people who appreciate the simple pleasure of a refined ride.

More About 2023 Chevy Blazer

The Blazer is making waves in a competitive field of crossovers. Being more stylish than the competition helps. So does offering a thoughtful assortment of features for a starting MSRP of $35,100.

Drivers might also choose the Blazer because of its balance:

  • It offers 64.2 cubic feet of max cargo volume but is still small enough to feel zippy around corners.
  • It can achieve up to 27 miles per gallon highway, and it offers up to 4,500 pounds of maximum available towing.

This vehicle is almost an oxymoron. It’s a one-of-a-kind small SUV with enough customizable options to appeal to just about everyone.

A New Infotainment Screen

The Chevrolet Infotainment System is among the best in the business. The beautiful, clear interface makes for an intuitive experience. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come completely standard. In other words, your 10.2-inch center display can do almost everything your phone can. Basic information is available at a glance, and hand-free features allow you to command your technology without touching it.

New Exterior Styling

The Blazer looks exactly what it is: a can-do SUV that’s spacious without being oversized. One of the best things about this sporty vehicle is that the look is highly customizable. For example, consider the variety of exterior paint selections. Each trim level opens the door to special editions, two-toned color schemes, or other differentiating design elements.

2023 Chevy Blazer Colors

The Blazer has always been an expressive vehicle. It makes sense that it would come in a lot of colors. For the 2023 model year, the Blazer comes in eight unique exterior colors for the LT models:

  • Black
  • Red Hot
  • Summit White
  • Blue Glow Metallic
  • Radiant Red Tintcoat
  • Sterling Gray Metallic
  • Iridescent Pearl Tricoat
  • Copper Bronze Metallic

The 2023 Chevy Blazer RS also adds two-tone paint schemes with black roofs to accent the body color.

2023 Blazer Trim Levels

The latest blazer is available in four unique trim levels: 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. The 2023 Chevy Blazer RS and Premier both come with attractive feature packages. For those who want more style at a lower trim level, there are two special editions, both of which are available on the 2LT and 3LT trim levels:

  • 2023 Blazer Redline Edition – The glossy black wheels with red accents will definitely turn some heads. So will the red accents on the mirrors. Other black exterior and interior accents round out the flashy design for this edition.
  • 2023 Blazer Midnight/Sport Edition – Simply put, this vehicle features an almost entirely blacked-out exterior. The few exceptions are the lights, turn signals, front brush guard, and the nuts on the wheels.

There’s no denying the style of the special editions. A lot of the Chevy gearheads still get most excited about the 2023 Blazer RS. It features a standard 3.6L V6 with 308 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. You can also choose to add the Twin-Clutch Advanced All-Wheel Drive System.

Updated Wheel Designs

There are three 2023 Blazer wheel options: 18 inches, 20 inches 21 inches. The 2LT and 3LT trim levels come with the standard wheels. The wheels for the Blazer RS add some black finish to cultivate a more adventurous look. The Premier trim level boasts upscale wheels with a metallic finish.
