Which Chevrolet Vehicle is Right for Me?
One of the great things about Chevy as a manufacturer is that they make a vehicle for just about any person and any situation. They have vehicles that run on electricity, vehicles that run on diesel, and everything in between.
Would you rather spend less time at the pump or get the most powerful truck available? Are you looking for something that can take your whole family on a road trip, or something sporty for weekend drives in Arizona?
No matter what you’re looking for, you can find it at a great price when you shop for a Chevrolet vehicle. Consider the wide range of options in Chevy’s fleet before you ultimately decide which vehicle to buy.
If you’re having trouble deciding, our “which car is best for me” quiz can help identify which features are most important to you. Here are a few of the common categories that appeal to our customers here at Valley Chevy dealerships in the Valley of the Sun.
If your biggest goal is to reduce your carbon footprint and make as little of an environmental impact as possible, Chevrolet is ready to help.
Even if you want a fuel-efficient pickup truck or SUV, you might be pleasantly surprised by the way some Chevy models get more from every gallon. You can find cars with high MPG in all segments of the Chevrolet lineup, and there are definitely some standouts for the especially earth conscious.
The 2020 Bolt EV is the most fuel-efficient vehicle around because it doesn’t actually need any fuel at all. The EPA has estimated that the Chevy Bolt gets a range of 259 miles on a full charge. This is the perfect car for commuters, and it still gives you plenty of range to make short road trips without stopping.
If you want to reduce emissions without making the leap to electric power, the 2020 Spark may be for you. It gets an estimated 30 miles per gallon city and 38 miles per gallon highway, so you can go further and see more with less fuel.
Then there’s the 2020 Chevy Sonic, which is available as either a sedan or a hatchback. Expect 26 miles per gallon in the city or 34 miles per gallon on the highway. Chevrolet is committed to improving battery technology and charging infrastructure, so they’ll continue leading the way for years to come.
If you ask yourself, “Which car is best for me?” and immediately answer, “the bigger, the better,” you’ve come to the right place. Chevy has experience with cutaway vehicles and cargo vans, and this brand is especially known for producing some of the best trucks and SUVs on the planet.
When it comes to trucks, there are two primary options:
- With 49.9 cubic feet of max cargo space, the 2020 Chevy Colorado is big enough for most jobs. It’s a mid-size truck, but it feels plenty big when you need it to be.
- The 2020 Chevy Silverado is a truck for pickup enthusiasts. No matter which of the Silverado options you choose, it will immediately become your favorite tool.
If pickups aren’t your thing, consider some of Chevrolet’s many SUV models with enough space to move plenty of people, cargo, or both.
The 2020 Suburban has 121.7 cubic feet of max cargo space and holds up to nine people. The all-new 2021 Tahoe one-ups even the Suburban, coming in with a max cargo space of 122.9 cubic feet.
Chevrolet does a great job of offering a reasonably sized vehicle in multiple different segments.
If you’re looking for something small but mighty, you may want the 2020 Colorado or even the 2021 Colorado, which will become available soon. It’s hard to imagine a small pickup truck being this capable and still easy to park, but the engineers at Chevy have found a way.
For an SUV, the all-new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer might be right up your alley. It seats up to five adults, offers 54.4 cubic feet of space, and maximizes space with a 60/40 folding rear seat.
From the outside or from behind the wheel, though, this car seems very reasonably sized. You’ll have no trouble fitting through city traffic or narrow trails.
For a small sedan that runs on gas, most people are drawn to either the Sonic or the Spark. If you want a small vehicle with an even smaller carbon footprint, the 2020 Bolt EV is for you.
It’s so easy to get excited about the electric innovations, capable trucks, and large SUVs that some people forget another thing Chevy is known for: producing some of the most iconic American sports cars ever.
The 2020 Camaro will remind you in a hurry thanks to its 650 maximum available horsepower. It gets up to 60 miles per hour in only 3.5 seconds from a complete standstill.
Of course, it wouldn’t be right to talk about the fastest cars without mentioning the new 2020 Corvette.
The bar is so high for this model, and Chevy just continues to find ways to raise it. There are many different options and price points for the 2020 Corvette, and you can’t go wrong with any of them.
If you want the fastest sports car you can get, though, it should be the 2020 Corvette ZR1. Choose from available options to get up to 755 horsepower.
The top track speed is 212 miles per hour, and it can go from 0-60 miles per hour in only 2.85 seconds. There’s no wonder it won the 2019 Road & Track Performance Car of the Year award.
Some people feel a strong call to plan their next great adventure. Chevrolet makes vehicles for those people. To make sure you have room for all the family, friends, and supplies you’ll want with you on the journey, we recommend starting your search with these three SUVs:
- 2020 Chevy Traverse – The name says it all. This spacious SUV was built for the journey, and every element of the design reflects that.
- 2020 Chevy Equinox – The Chevy Equinox is the smallest of these three SUVs, which helps make it so fun to drive. It seats five comfortably and offers versatile storage.
- 2021 Chevy Tahoe – This new Tahoe is bigger and better than ever before. It’s bold enough to go anywhere, just like you.
